Fitness, Health and Nutrition
Several organizations provide information on a variety of health care and nutrition options such as the American Heart Associaton, the American Lung Association, and the Public Health Nursing and Immunization Clinic.The YMCA offers a variety of year round fitness programs including body building, gymnastics, aerobics, racketball and swimming. Discounted memberships are available for youth to age 15 and student rates are also available for 16-18 year olds. See also Leisure and Recreation for community classes held at County Parks.
